The 22-1280 vacuum switch is simple to install in a vacuum system. An internal diaphragm reacts to vacuum and closes a low or high vacuum contact. These are used to drive two corresponding indicators on the instrument panel. Under normal vacuum conditions, both indicators are off and unobtrusive. The indicators augment the functionality of the ubiquitous vacuum gauge.
